- After that take kadhai put oil heat it then add cumin and crackle it, then add ginger, garlic paste then add Garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute for 2 mins.
- Then add paneer and rice and saute for 5 mins. Then add Brinjal and saute for 2 mins. Your Briyani is ready.
