  2. In Mixing vessel.. combine Wheat flour,Ghee, baking powder,Carom seeds,Salt..mix well.Beat curd and add it to flour.Knead into soft dough using little warm water.Cover the dough and keep aside for half hour.
  3. PREPARATION of Stuffing (Pitthi) for Litti.
  4. Wash,Peel and finely chopped Ginger and Green chillies.Wash Coriander leaves &finely chopped the leaves.Take Sattu (roasted gram flour) in mixing bowl add chopped Ginger and Green Chillies, Coriander leaves, Lemon juice, Cummin seeds,Carom seeds, Salt, pickle spices,and Mustard oil.Mix all ingredients.
  5. Knead again the Prepared Litti dough.Make 8-10 lemon size balls.
  6. Take one Dough ball.. with hand palm flatten it..make dent like cup using Fingers.Fill 2tsp of Stuffing in it.
  7. Start folding edges..to cover and make Smooth ball.Prepare all Litti.. Similarly.
  8. Bake Litti in Preheated Airfryer or Oven..for 25-30 minutes. At 180C…till roasted all over
  9. Dip the Prepared Litti in Ghee..one by one.
  10. PREPARATION of Tomato & Brinjal Chokha.
  11. Wash Brinjal & Tomatoes.Grill them on mess if Gas on Medium flame..till fully Roasted.
  12. Allow them to cool.Peel the skins.
  13. Keep them in bowl and mash them with spoon.
  14. Add all spices,salt oil,mix well.Tomato & Brinjal Chokha is ready to Serve.If you like can add 1- chopped onion and 4-5 garlic cloves finely chopped… with Brinjal.
  15. PREPARATION of Potato (Aloo) Chokha
  16. Peel and mash Boiled potatoes.. roughly.Add all ingredients..mix well.Potato (Aloo) Chokha is ready.
  17. To prepare green chutney..Grind all ingredients with little water in mixer to smooth paste.
  18. Serve..& Relish Hot Litti With Tomato Brinjal Chokha, Potato (Aloo) Chokha, Green Coriander Chutney.
