- In a Kadai put oil whn heating put slowly all stuffed Baby Brinjals in it,fry for few minutes,then put curd,in it, cover the pan with a plate mix it well and cover the pan with a plate for 10 minutes
- Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with Dal and chapati, yummy it taste
