- Prepare 2 cups wheat flour

- Prepare 2 large tomatoes
- Take 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Make ready 4 garlic cloves
- Take 2 green chillies
- Get 1 tsp mustard oil
- Take 1 cup ghee for dipping littes

Steps to make Litti -chokha:
- Mix all the ingredients of litti covering,and make a semi soft dough by adding some water.Cover and keep aside.
- Prepare sattu filling by mixing all the ingredients of stuffing.Add a little water to make a crumbled structure.
- Divide dough into lamon sized balls.Fill up 2 tbsp stuffing in each ball and seal to make a ball like structure.Prepare all litties in same manner.
- Heat a tawa,arrange all litties on it,cover with a large lid and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
- Flip litties in between.When roasted from all sides,remove from tawa.
- Meanwhile put brinjal,tomatoes,garlic and chillies on another tawa,cover and cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes,remove from tawa.Remove skins of brinjal and tomatoes.
- Mash them along with garlic and chillies.
- Add other ingredients of chokha,mix.
- Now put a wire rack on open flame of stove.Arrange litties on rack and further roast on low flame.
- Roast litties till golden brown.Take ghee in a cup and dip litties in ghee before serving.
- Serve littes hot with chokha.
