Steps to make Litti chokha:
  1. In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp oil.. Mix it.. Add water knead like a dough
  2. In a mixer jar add cumin and fennel seeds crush it.. Take roasted gram flour in a mixing bowl add the crushed cumin fennel seeds
  3. Now add, ajwain, red chilli powder, kalonji..green chilli,chopped ginger,garlic..now add salt coriander leaves and… Mix it

  5. Now make medium size balls… Roll it like poori…
  6. Place 2-3 tsp stuffing.. Close the edges… Press it slightly
  7. Heat oil in a wok.. Deep fry the litti
  8. Roast brinjal and tomato on the gas in a medium flame..remove the skin
  9. Using a masher mash brinjal tomato, potato, ginger garlic
  10. Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and mustard oil.. Mix it.. Serve it
