- First Wash the rice and soak it in water and keep it aside for 5 mins.
- Wash all the vegetables. Make small pieces of onion, carrot, beans, brinjal and bottle gourd as shown in the image below.
- Now in a pressure cooker, add 3-4 spoons of oil. Add jeera, mustard seeds, salt and saute it well on a low flame. Now add all the vegetables starting with onion. Saute it well for 3-4 mins.
- Now add the soaked rice. For 250 grams, i added 2 full glasses of water. Let it cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Let it cool down for 10 mins and then serve your pulao hot. Enjoy!!
