Instructions to make #main course#food seekers:
- Lemon rice method :take a raw rice boiled, it ir steamed in a pressure cooker swithch off after 3whistle cool down open,the cooker cool down the rice spread it in a tray for a spread in a tray.
- Take a vessel pour twotsp of oil after some time add blackrai,uraddal,channadal,
- Badam,,green chilli(cut)hing(few pinch)karipatha and finally add haldi salt and nimbu juice put of the gas. Mix all these in your steamed cooled,rice with a decoration lots of coriander leaves.Your lemon rice ready to eat….
- Rasam take lemon size imli dip in hot water.take the imli pulp and leave it in a container.take one tamatto boil it cooked and smashed the tomatto pulp keeo separately in a vessel.. Take a vessel pour some ghee add greenchilli,karipatha and imli pulp,tamatto smashed, pulp,pour haldi powder,rasam masala let them,boil,add salt finally add two tsp thuvar dal boiled smashed finally add go the rasam batter final touch addcoriander leaves serve hot just like soup….
- Bindi imli sambar:Take imli take out the pulpfrom it adfing lit bit of hot boiled water squeeze the pulp keep aside. Take a vessel pour oil after some time leave black rai,methiseed,channadal,red chilli,karipata,add sambar ma's ala,finally add bindi subji cut into small cubes,let fry for sometime,pour your prepared imli paste,add salt,jaggery let them boil 10minutes. Add your arahar dal boiled smashed puree.wait for some more 5minutes. Let them have a thick consistency.after sometime add

- Beanssubji(boiled) take beans cut into small pieces add water salt and haldi and transfer into vessel and boil it soft.after sometime drain the water and take a vessel pour some oil add black rai,uraddal,channadal,red chilli(suka)added the boiled beans and finally add coconut few…your dish is ready to eat with imli sambar,lemon rice,plain rice your wish…
- Brinjal subji:cut the brinjal into small pieces boiled channadal,take a vessel do tadka for this subji,pour oil onetsp add black rai uraddal,redchilli,karipatha,
- Mix your boiled brinjal and boiled channadal add sambar ma's ala,haldi,salt jeera powder,and finally finish with grated coconut into it your brinjal subji ready to eat….
