  2. For making besan paste, take 1/4 kg besan and 2 tbsp rice flour add a little water and make a thick paste out of it. It should have a ribbon consistency.
  3. Add salt and Lal Mirchi powder. Now dip the sliced brinjal the besan paste.
  4. Take a frying pan, grease it with some oil. Now take the egg plants coated with the besan batter. Shallow fry them on the Tawa on a medium flame. Now add add a little bit oil over all pakaros
